Well done Karim, I think it might be best to just rest and save the walking for later, plenty of time when your heart has settled please don't be tempted to overdo it even though you may feel well. Rest is the best policy for now.

Good to hear from you Karim and I'm glad your ablation went well.

I wouldn't go outside walking just yet, but just a little around your home should be fine for now. Rest as much as you can for this first week and allow your body to heal.

Do nothing for the first week and not much more the second and then listen to your body. It will tell you when it feels like working.

Thankyou bob, you are always there for us

Pleased that all went well for you Karim. As has already been said.....take it very easy for a couple of weeks at least.

Best wishes

Aww well done and take it easy. I am nearly 7 weeks post ablation and still have tired days . I would take it easy for a couple of weeks and see how you feel , don’t rush things as your groin will be sore and you will be tired on and off for a few weeks. Everyone is different but the advice on here from others is very good. Speedy recovery and best wishes,

Sam ❤️
