My cardiologist has just put me on Flecainide 75mg and Metoprolol 25mg twice daily as well as Physiotens 200mcg ( Monoxidine ) once daily.

Hopefully they will stop my rapid AF episodes.

They should help, especially Metoprolol but if there are any lifestyle changes you need to make, such as losing excess weight, exercise and no caffeine or alcohol, these will help too.
