Strange heart behaviour captured on ECG trace

This trace has me bamboozled. I would be extremely interested and grateful if anyone could attempt to decipher this ECG.

Thank you.

(just to clarify, this isn't a 3 lead device, just a hand held device. The 3 lines are consecutive 10 second traces, 0-10 secs, 10-20 secs, 20-30 secs)

I can see why you are puzzled as different leads seem to tell different stories I'm hoping Goldie sees this as he is very good at reading ECGs!!

Hi Rosy, just to clarify, the 3 lines are 3 consecutive 10 seconds from the same lead. The top line is 0-10 seconds, the second line is 10-20 seconds, the third line is 20-30 seconds. Sorry, I should have pointed this out earlier!

I think you have atrial tachycardias showing - some AF but I am no expert and hope Goldie sees this as he is!!

Not unlike some of my readings!

There is always something new for me to learn about heart rhythms - thank you for the explanation, Dr Dave.

sorry to disagree- there seem to be absence of P waves so I wouldn't say no AF just because the pictures posted only show total of 30 seconds- would need to see a longer recording surely

Interesting point Rosy. This could be my Kardia trace.

My cardio says I have no p waves, because of atrial wall scarring. So I would say this might be SR with no p waves.

Brave to take on Dr Dave though, didn't he develop and patent the Kardia?
