Go back and make a fuss. Make sure ecg is done and blood test to check for heart failure. Is he retaining fluids like in swollen ankles?

My experience is when heart, BP medication is increased . . . Dizzy spells and balance issues when walking appear which go away when dose is reduced. There is a limit to how much Rx your body can tolerate. Instead, try diauretics (radish, celery) and try reducing inflammation with nutritional supplements (i.e.: cinnamon), supplement with magnesium and potassium, diet restrictions (gluten, dairy), mild exercise, etc. Remember . . . carbohydrates equal = inflammation ! All these ideas can be researched online . . . have really helped me !
