Came across this YouTube video of Sanjay's this morning, which should remind us all to make the most of our lives and not get caught up in a meaningless rat race.

Dr. Sanjay Gupta - thought for the day
That is very much my philosophy
I do like Sanjy Gupta his videos make me feel at ease with this unpleasant condition and that however bad it gets if I stay calm I can cope.
Did a reply to you earlier Doodle, but it's disappeared!
I wish Sanjay Gupta would do a video on improving our memory! Mine is dreadful lately! Is it the pills, our age or alzheimers!
Hi Jean, you can add me to the memory bit. I beleive that we both took Digoxin at one time and that made our memory play games. I increased my Ramipril recently, that gave me (brain fog as I call it) and slight memory problems. Came off it and now no brain fog and memory better. I beleive some of it must be age, I donn't tend to loose things but often trot off to get something, then get there and have forgotten what it is. So I think it is a combination of the two, donn't think I have signs of dementia yet !!!

Soooooo true. I wonder why knowing this we still drive ourselves nuts caught up in the rat race to a greater or lesser extent. Almost feels as though we are conditioned to it from very early on. If so we need to grab the moment and shake off the shackles wherever we can. Good day all.
