Hi everyone,
I'll be talking to my doc about this but I wanted to also see what you all talk for allergy medication. I know to stay away from Sudafed and others like it. Any allergy meds known to trigger afib?

I have taken loratadine hay fever meds for years with no problems.
As a person who had multiple allergies I am afraid I have to tell you we are all different.
3 years ago I had patch tests which concluded that I was allergic to 110 different things.
Currently my issue that directly relate to my AF and now Atrial Tachycardia are the fact that I seem to now be allergic to steroids as well as ECG stickers and the like.
I am being referred to an Allergy Specialist consultant.
Talk to your doctors for the best guidance.

Hi, I've always taken zirtek which has been fine and is safe to take with my medication .
Always taken Cetirizine, with GP approval, and no problems whatever.
