Final step

My doctor came in to see me today. The bad news is the med Tikosyn was my last med resort. I am not tolerating it so they stopped it. The good news is I am being transferred from Moore Regional (Pinehurst, NC USA) to Eastern Carolina University Medical center (Greenville, NC USA). I have to have the sympathetic nerve severance. This may not stop all the arrhythmias entirely but it will definitely keep me from near death. The even better information I learned is heart transplant patients live without this nerve being attached. So if they can do it so can I. So I will update as much as possible besides the long (near 4 hour) boring ambulance ride from one hospital to the other. I will comment on the facility and faculty. I have heard good things so far so I am looking forward to my own experience. Sending hugs to all that need one or not and lots of love. 💘

Well, I really don't know what to say except you've certainly had a rough time and lets hope the solution has been found!

Will look forward to hearing your report of the new hospital and hope so very much that this will help you, it certainly sounds promising.

Big healing hug.

And that's the best of what the page is. An answering machine. Your actually 6 hours ahead of me. None the less I love the compassion you all have. It brightens my day. I couldn't have found a better group to belong to.
