Had ablation 5 weeks ago and experience HR for a minute or so that is very high or very low (up to 200 and 38 today). This usually occurs when I move around. However on occasion even when resting. The rest of time is in high 50s or 69s. I have paroxysmal afib.

Early days yet,

had my Ablation 2nd Feb still not settled down yet bits of A F eptopic and fast heart rate,

like Bob said takes up to 6 months to settle down. good luck

Post ablation 3 months before "normal" now, a year later, i am experiencing "resting" afib....disappointing, but if I need another ablation in the future? So be it.
