Taking meds a little later

Just a thought 3 weeks after my ablation I am getting nightime AF episodes

I take Sotolol twice a day

If I take the nightime dose later in the evening would that reduce the likelihood of nightime disturbances?

Just a thought?

It takes a while to settle down and your heart to learn to behave again. I know Bob advised me about this after my ablation in 2014 when I was a complete pain for quite a while. Hope it settles down for you soon and try to relax as much as you can when going to bed as that seems to be when we tune into our heart beats and get the nerves up way too much.. all the best ..Jo
