100 is on the high side (60 - 80 norm). Is there a lifestyle issue which can affect this, e.g. diet, caffeine, alcohol, poor exercise, stess, anxiety ? I would be tempted with a visit to my GP to discuss it.

It is quite usual for the heart rate to be elevated in the weeks following an ablation . Maybe you would have expected to be settled by about now. It took quite a while for mine to return to the 70 s from the 90 s. Perhaps you could discuss this with your cardiologist or arrhythmia nurse.

Yeah richard ! My diet is messed up ! I eat sweets and chocolates and everything ! This can increase my heart rate ??

Yep lots of sugar will raise the heart rate. I read today that we should be eating 10 portions of fruit and veg a day! Not sure I could reach that number.
