Propranolol

Is this a suitable beta blocker for AF, heart rate?? So many nasty effects from bisoprolol and nebivolol, thought I'd find one that feels better.

Anybody take it, and with good results?

Any 'lol tends to be a beta blocker and it really is about trying till you find one which works for you.

this is the original beta blocker. In theory all the others are supposed to have advantages, but we're all different so it may suit you. Fingers crossed

Just looked at the 'use with care' instructions and it says if you have an irregular heartbeat. Hmmm

of course. the same goes for any anti arrythmic drug

I've tried both atenolol and propranolol. My cardiologist says they are all "much of a muchness" - however, I found atenolol worked a bit better for me -
