Something is wrong. My country is listed in the drop down. I keyed in into the "other country" field, but the submission is failed with error message, that I not responded the country question.

I managed to complete it but won't allow you to skip any answer - even when you say NO to previous question - guys if you want us to do your survey please road test first, this is poor.

I managed to complete the survey but with difficulty. As others have said, you can answer 'no' to something, the next question is 'if you said yes', and the only way to complete the form is by basically fudging the answers.

You won't get good info like this. This needs reviewing! Thanks

Yes, I had to cough up some sort of an answer to the 'if you said yes' question when I had said no.

Would suggest one other question.

Is your AF monitored by a Specialist (as against a GP )

No problems with the survey.

Yes, I had problems with the survey saying I'd missed some answers out (which I hadn't), but managed to get around it.

It was fine! Perhaps they've improved it already!

It was fine, but obviously related only to taking an anticoagulant in the US survey.

It worked fine to me too, I ticked "none of the above" after the "No" question and it went through ok. Just a little puzzled by what they hope to gain from it though, it didn't seem to "flow".....
