I have been taken beetroot juice for over six months. I have now changed to capsules and I have also seen a reductions in numbers.

Is it OK to take for Warfarin users and do the capsules turn your urine pink/red?

Beetroot is very, very low in vitamin K, seasider. But beetroot leaves are quite high so you would need to be sure the capsules aren't made from the whole thing! The same might apply to the juice.

I take Apixaban so its not a problem and I cant say I have noticed a change in colour of urine
