I would just like to say thank you to everyone that commented. I am in the United States and to be honest with you you all made me feel a lot better I will have to figure out how to get insurance and try to find out what is going on. It's just very scary when you have had test after test done on your heart and still have no answers but still have the problem.
Thank you : I would just like to say... - Atrial Fibrillati...
Thank you
We get that and pleased you found the replies helpful. I found this forum so helpful and everyone so supportive and there are a lot of knowledgeable people here.
Any questions about AF, please do ask and we will support you.
Good luck and let us know how you get on.
Pleased you were able to find some support and comfort from this site. We all have felt the fear at some point in our journey. Take a deep breath and read all the available information in the numerous AF leaflets, it may help you form a view on what where and how your heart is behaving. Write it all down so that everything is covered when you know who best to discuss your symptoms with.
Hang on in there, and good luck.
I am so sorry to hear of you difficulties with the professionals in the United States, when we are so fortunate here in the UK.Both myself and my wife have been treated at Prince Charles Hospital,Merthyr Tydfil and the treatment, after care and staff courtesy and attention has been superb. My genuine advice to you is to obtain whatever medical insurance that you can get in the US and continue seeking advice on this site, and I should not say this, but try and holiday in south Wales UK where your treatment will be excellent.
I am using this media to give thanks and appreciation to the NHS in Wales, sorry if I have been misusing.
Did you not sign up to Obama care (I cannot remember the correct name), it seems to work well.
@Chrissie1979 In what state do you live. some, like NYS., have their own state registries for getting insurance-so it is easier. I would suggest getting insurance before the upcoming election., and make an appointment to see a very good elctrophysiologist--you cna usually refer yourself if you have evidence of abnormal heart electrical function as per copies of all your prevous abnormal ekg's.
