This happens to lots of people post ablation, but can also happen out of the blue.

Totally, it is a type of migraine caused by the puncture through the septum and can be very unpleasant and go on for some time. As long as you feel OK otherwise you don't need to worry but if you have any symptoms of stroke then you need to seek help, I guess that is why they don't mention it beforehand ❤

Very normal. My last one was about 8 or so weeks after ablation (latter Ines milder).

i had slightly blurred vision with halo type light shapes in my vision after i had ablation! it was worrying but reassuring that so many others had experienced this and it was the norm!

I've had these 'flashes' I used to have migraines until about 10yrs ago, my Opthalmologist says it's a form of silent migraine, since A F I seem to have it more often! Funny feeling!

I had this. I think its linked to the hole they pierce in the heart causing migraine. It passed off fairly quickly for me but do check with your EP.
