Yes I too had this. I was changed to Spirolactone and all the pain vanished. I was also very dizzy and sick on Rampril
My hubby's on Ramipril and he has really bad back pain... I'll let him know this could be the cause - thank you for bringing this up!
I had something similar but found that it was the type of diuretic I was taking that caused it.
