Why, suddenly, do I have to login every time I try to access this site? I have ticked the "keep me logged in" button and my password is accepted. I've never had any trouble previously.

Site problems yesterday I suspect . It was taking ages to load when I tried last evening but has improved this morning.

It was insisting last night that I log in with email address and then didn't recognise it - and site was impossibly slow later on.

Another problem? - i m trying to write a message to someone - I can insert their name and write the message - but I can't give the message a title as I have done before. Any advice please.

Just checked and it is the same for me. They may have by accident or by design. If by design I think that is a very poor decision.

Contact their support section - I have found them useful.

Just had a reply from the help desk -

We have a new private messaging system, which is in the form of a chat. We have introduced this system due to the technical compatibility with our upcoming mobile app.

According to this system, users cannot add titles to one-to one messages, whereas titles can still be added for the group chats between three or more users.

Just found a way around the problem if you only want to message one person and give it a title = send the message to yourself as well and it lets you put in a title.

Peter I spoke to soon. I wrote a message to one person and myself and put a title in.

When I went to send it, it said I couldn't send it to myself- so had to take my name off and the title immediately disappeared.

Not pleased. New work around needed!!!

Now another problem - sent a message to some one last week - 4 messages in total between us on one subject.

Started another message to the same person yesterday on a different topic - hence wanting a new title BUT instead of making it message one in a new message, it tagged it on the end of last weeks message sequence - number 5. So it appears that every message between us will just go at the end of the previous message. Will have to invent an imaginary friend!

Have written to help desk again.

If that is the case then I suggest that we start an e-petition to get message titles and separate email strings reinstated.

Judging by the response I am not alone. To-day it's worse. I keep being asked to join HU and being told that Jennydog is not available. Same problem as Finvola.

And there was no daily email.

Check but the default that comes up is as a new member (the txt is not clear) and then it thinks you are trying to create a new user with your name!!!

I didn't have any postings yesterday (Saturday ) but seems to be ok today.

I didn't get the summary email.

I did get an individual email for each new post, although I also checked for new posts on the webpage as well.

Still had to log in again to-day but did receive the daily email.

Mine was OK yesterday after real problems on Friday evening. Don't all get stressed. Sh*t happens and it will return to normal. At least it isn't a Virgin media site or we would be in trouble.

I agree with you its a damn nuisance having to log in all the time im getting sick of it too what can be done about it?

It's been working fine for me on both my iPhone and on PC running Windows 10. Just make sure it hasn't switched you to private mode because even if you tick the box to remain logged in it doesn't because of private mode functionality

If using Windows I suggest you close browser and reboot PC because something may be left "hanging" and that is causing the problem.

I had no e-mail Saturday either and could not access internet at all this morning, Sunday, husband had to ring Virgin and they said they had a "hang up" whatever that meant. Didnt help with the AF that went a bit wonky with stress, but a bit of gardening sorted me out.

That must have been a local hang up on Virgin because I have Virgin and it's been fine here.

Yeah, that's the reason I stopped participating. If it keeps up, I'm done. I have a hard enough time navigating on my phone as it is! Those of us with AF don't need anymore aggravation! Lol😂
