These are referred to many times in posts and a lot can find them problematic at times but if you do suffer from them - are they atrial or ventricular ectopics?

Ectopics
Not sure, how do you tell? When my Alivecor was working I caught a ventricular ectopic but not sure if I could tell by feel.
I have both CD and always thought I could tell the difference - PAC's feel lighter and more fluttery whereas PVC's are heavier and more defined. I mentioned this to my cardiologist and he agreed that they feel different and can be told apart. I usually check with my Alivecor to confirm my 'diagnosis'. I find PAC's much more uncomfortable by the way.
Ive never thought about if the ectopic beats are atrail or not .
Not sure if suffering is the right word . Like others have said in the pat I seem to get thumpy when quietly lying in bed. During the day i can get a touch of the flutters. If uncomfortable bit of deep breathing seems to help, but that does not seem to happen too often I did an exercise test on a a fancy exercise bike last Monday and I thought I was doing fine but it was asked to stop after about 6 minutes or so as they said they noticed a lot of ectopics. I did not feel out of salts but perhaps I was concentrating on peddling too much to notice. the fact they stopped it did bother me. Now waiting for the findings to come through - get nervous when the mail comes .
I do feel a bit odd if move to suddenly to fast , but years ago a GP me that a slow heart rate can give the same symptoms but I suspect it is also down to ectopics.
