I'm happy to inform I went with the ablation for flutters since that what was causing my main problem surgery went well and I'm feeling great in sinus rhythm and feel no pain or discomfort my EP says the procedure took longer than usual cause she wanted to see if I'd go into afib but nothing. She will speak to me tomorrow about success rate and what's the plan from here on out. I want to thank everyone who put me at ease of procedure because you guys were absolutely right about everything. Well wishes to all and here's to NSR for all of us.

Very pleased.

Now lots of rest!!!!

I know that for AF they say nothing for two weeks (I was told only tv remote, phone and iPad was allowed (not a computers to desk). Then little more the second week. Don't know about flutter.

However with young children that will be difficult for sure but certainly don't pick them up. However I can tell you the children do respond and somehow know. When I had a car smash my daughter was only 2 yrs 3 mths and my son was 1yr 2 days and they very quickly (like same day) learnt about problems and were keen to help!!!!

So glad to hear all is well! I wanted to get back to you after my procedure last week but couldn't find the strand. I did ask my EP about doing both sides at the same time, and he said he had on the first one, however only left (or was it right?) side this time, redoing only two previous areas. Take it easy and enjoy the rhythm!
