I looked on this website for magnesium taurate but they do no stock them now anyone know where else I can get them.thanks, Sann

No, but there are plenty of other sources online, the ones I get are made by Biocare, they retail at about £14 or so plus delivery.

Thank you mrsg46 for replying the reason I want mag taurate is they don't make you have diarrhoea or so.i am led to believe,I will get on to bioline.once again thank you take care,and keep well. Today I feel like .... But hopefully I will pull round later on Sann

No they are fine! You have one tablet in the morning and one at night so if you found the dose too high and got diarrhoea you could reduce too one a day

Hi Sann - If you completely dissolve the magnesium tablets you have in water, before taking, they shouldn't affect your bowel. I used to dissolve my days allocation every morning and then spoon some of it into water and drink throughout the day.

Hi Jeanjeanne t hanks for that tip, how much water do you dissolve them in in? Thanks hope you are ok, today is one of my bad days, heigh ho I suppose you have to have the good as well as the bad xp

Sorry to hear you're not feeling too good today. I dissolved my magnesium tablets in about a quarter of a mug of water and then spooned it into glasses of water throughout the day.
