Hi just wandering if anyone has taken kalms with ramipril cant sleep properly wake up at least twice a night so thought I'd give kalms a go to see if it helps but wasn't sure if you can take the two together thanks 😊

One hospital l went to with a angina attack put me on Ramipil when l went to another hospital with another angina attack he said who ever put you on these and stopped them straight away l do take Kalms some nights with some luck l hopes this helps all the best Gordon

Thank you been on ramipril for high blood pressure been taken them for about 6 months not sure if my sleep pattern is a side affect of the ramipril or not just thought kalms could help

My husband take ramapril. His doctor advised him to take thrm in the morning rather than at night he has not had sleep issues since.

Never taken kalms I would check with medic first to ensure they don't conflict with your prescription drugs.

I have taken Kalms and found they did help me sleep. Was recommended by my pacemaker clinic. I am on bisoprolol.
