It is now right weeks since my ablation. I have 'survived' a two week holiday with extreme temperatures of 46c, severe food poisoning and eye infections! The heat gave me palpitations of 115 but sitting in the shade and drinking plenty of cold water helped bring my heart rate down. Looking forward to my three month check up and hoping I will be able to stop taking all of my meds.

That is definitely encouraging. Where did you go? I think anyone could have a high heart rate in those temperatures ! X
