Warfarin & meal replacements

Just a warning or reminder to those of you who use Celebrity slim products & are on Warfarin. I occasionally use the protein shakes or soup meal replacements& notice the difference in my INR -- vit K is in the list of ingredients. Be aware if you are struggling to get in range. I self test so am aware of the difference.

Thank you dear for your valuable comment.

I'm actually so careful about any new daily supplement or food .

Thanks Yatsura, it wouldn't have occurred to me... I'm not on them and looks like I won't be now - will have to find some other way to lose weight - sigh!
