For me the most disturbing symptom I experience is the near constant experience of fatigue.

What medication are you on? I was wondering whether it was the bisoprolol that was stealing all my energy. A few days ago I forgot to take it at the appointed hour and was buzzing around, really lively - till I recalled that I had to take my tablets, then the energy went...

I keep thinking the fatigue is just because I'm getting older. I would like to try what you did Eatsalottie, and miss a couple of doses of bisoprolol, but I'm too much of a coward! I'm constantly aware of my legs feeling heavy. I too have diabetes 2, gram69, and I'm on antidepressants at the moment. Keep in touch, we all sympathise and try to hep each other.
I also have had fatigue during the last week. All of my vital signs are ok-ish, my pulse is 48/54 most of the time's but the GP is not concerned about this, and, I feel blessed that I remain in NSR.
Today I feel lanquid beyond belief. Does anybody think that it might be due to Sotalol/Simvastatin or just one of those things that we associate with AF.
Would welcome opinions.
In the meantime keep smiling!!!

The fatigue is horrible and I had about 12 months taking only Flecainide as a pill in the pocket approach so I couldn't blame it on the meds as I was only taking aspirin daily at that time, I still had dreadful fatigue almost everyday although I wasn't aware of any strange thumps in my chest.
Just had a an ablation and for the last 4 days was bouncing around, oh to feel energetic again! Am currently taking Flec & Bisoprolol daily?! Today walking around supermarket I felt lightheaded and breathless and fatigued again, BP is 92/55 so I think I probably overdid it too soon.
It just indicates to me that it could be the AFib more than the meds, although I know Bisoprolol leaves me breathless when I exercise.
Sometimes it is too much effort - and very tiring, just to put my shoes and socks on. In turn, this can sometimes lead to a feeling of depression...like everything is just too much trouble...too much effort. It goes away though and we take a deep breath and get on with our life..which could be a whole lot worse. I will certainly be asking my cardio if I can reduce, or stop, the bisoprolol, which I believe is the villain of the piece!!
Thanks for feedback am seeing my AF doctor in a few days as just started my Warfarin (rat poison) and will hopefully get some insight am intending to go on detox fast Lemon juice / Maple syrup as I feel being 21 stone is not too conducive for my good health a nice Sunny beach to ile on would go down well also intending to get a woof for exercise, Namaste gram
