I finished chemo on December 05 and PSA has been slowly coming down - was 1.1 at end of chemo and is 0.7 now. The CT scans still showed the bone lesions though the oncologist said that the uptake in lesions could be because of bone healing. The twitching worries me - please share your thoughts and views.

What is "bone twitching"?
Great news on your PSA! As a fellow with numerous bone metastases I can say that I have indeed felt what you describe after each “advanced” treatment - chemo, radiation, Pluvicto - and some sites are “sensitive” even between treatment. Healing processes and the bone scars they leave behind are likely culprits as the bone and its interaction with adjacent tissues and nerves is permanently altered.
In other words. I trust the process and only care about PSA and scans. I generally ignore those bone feelings except as a sign of a change in barometric pressure or maybe I am getting a cold. However, if those old sites hurt, consult a doc. They are relatively more prone to fractures.
Elbows up, brother!
