Helpful Strategies for ADT

Currently on Orgovyx and Nubeqa after extensive radiation to my prostate and pelvic bone lesions. Here's a podcast I was recently on sharing some strategies for overcoming fatigue and some of the joint issues I've faced over the years. If you're struggling with joint pain--back, knee, shoulder, etc.--and fatigue that makes it difficult to work out, this approach might be helpful for you. I'm almost a year in on the treatment and have found exercise to be the only helpful counter to the ADT SEs. The challenge, though, is finding the drive and energy to strength train. And if you have any joint problems, it's even harder. Nothing to sell here, just sharing my experience and some small victories in the battle!
