I had my first bloods of 2025 and am still undetectable. My testosterone is increasing as still on Apalutamide as as monotherapy.

New onco as previous one retired - seems nice and tolerant of my none standard ways

split my calf muscle skiing in France so on a crutch but my team qualified for champions league football last night!

A good day!

Great news to hear as I started my Erleada mono therapy yesterday. After 5 years on Eligard, Erleada, Prolia and NED, my 0 PSA and <10 T level gave me the courage to take the leap. My plan is to have a PSMA scan if I ever reach 1.0. Honestly after 5 years of Eligard and 69 years old, I don’t expect a return of testosterone very quickly if at all. If not, I’ll cross that bridge when I get there.

Still working full time, feel more myself off ADT. Enjoying holidays from sky diving in Turkey in September to skiing in France in January. Season ticket at Villa Park, following their European games with trips to Lille and Bruge with my grown up kids. Loving being a grandad. My energy levels are probably lower but not impacting on me living life.

How does the rising T effect you on Erleada? Are you returning to normal libido? Are bone and muscle strength returning? Energy levels? I know many are doing the monotherapy, but others say Erleada blocks the effects of T, making it meaningless. I can't tell what the truth is because answers have been somewhat vague. It has my interest, but I want major changes from Lupron.

Thanks for your input.

Libido is returning but no lovely Sunday afternoons in bed still. I had a lot of treatment and maybe a tad scared to try but the thoughts are returning!

I definitely feel more like myself.

No exercise at the moment but loved being in the mountains and planing a late season trip.

Split your calf muscle......skiing in France? Better than splitting your love muscle...... she-ing in France.

Remember for speed, always ski downhill.....
