I was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2005 and was given a TURP I THEN HAD RADIOTHERAPY TO THE PROSTATE 30 SESSIONS AFTER WHICH MY Prostate was removes in 2014 ,then I had several bladder knock insisions to clear the stricter.but now have asuprapubic catheter to drain my bladder.

So you had radiation in 2005, and then prostatectomy in 2014 because of recurrence in the prostate? How did that go?

I had radiation in 2021 and recurrence in the prostate and nodes in 2023, and would like the prostate tumor removed before it constricts the urethra. However I am told that prostatectomy is not possible after radiation, and so am controlling that tumor with ADT.

I believe there are others here who have had a prosectomy after radiation. You may want to do a separate post and ask.
