My husband wasn't eligible for trials and had to wait for one to open up. It involved VT-464. He started in the summer of 2016 and was dropped at the 10 month mark because of the severity of side effects: "worst ever chemo fog" and balance problems. I believe the trial ended early and the researcher at NIH turned to other possibilities.
