Prostate Cancer that has extended to the Ureteral region

I recently had a PSMA pet scan that was negative except it showed moderate to severe left hydroureteronephorsis. Upon these findings my urologist ordered a CT scan and the results are as follows:

Impression:

Moderate to moderately severe left hydroureteronephrosis. A dilated ureter extends to

the distal third of the ureter where there appears to be an enhancing soft tissue lesion

significantly concerning for urothelial neoplasm. No definite radiopaque calculus is seen.

Retrograde study is recommended.

I need to speak with my Urologist to see what the next step is. Has anyone on this form experienced this condition, is it related to a spread of my PC? I appreciate the feedback
