TURP and blood clots in urine during morning

After 2 months of TURP Small blood clots in urine are coming during morning time. What could be the reason?

I think it just takes time to heal. Same thing happened after my Turp.

But today blood flows from urine in excess. Dr advised to drink plenty of water. Is it a serious concern?

Bleeding from your manhood is not what any guy wants to see. Concerning ? Sure, Serious? Only your Doc can tell you that... You've done the right thing engaging your urologist. I had sloughing as TA said for quite some time and I passed a large clot one morning that was concerning, But I know it takes awhile to heal up so I just stayed patient and it eventually healed. Stay in touch with your physician and push that water as he has suggested is the path I'd take.

Today a flow of blood pass through urine in red colour, it happend twice in a day

It is disturbing to see that. Are you off all blood thinners --NSAIDS like aleve or aspirin?

Leuprolide injection every after 2 months and zabpro going on for last 3 years, dr has given some antibiotic to reduce infection

Suggested Re- TURP as there is excessive bleeding, including fulguration of prostate, which helps in stopping bleeding.

After that it does not stop then last option is radiotherapy
