it targets two antigens at the same time (PSMA and STEAP-1), which should give good results since in castration resistance settings STEAP-1 is expressed by 85% of cancerous cells and PSMA is 100 times more expressed in cancerous cells. I thought it already made use of the logical AND that has been developed recently, but it would be too early to see is in a clinical trial...anyway, preclinical data is said to be very promising!
