My RBC readings are low on each blood test and I do have fatigue. Anyone have suggestions? I stopped red meat to a high degree and still eat poultry - next stop for me is an iron supplement.

I take a B complex supplement with B12, but it has no iron in it.

T encourages bone marrow production of red blood cells. Taking iron may be toxic if your serum iron is already normal. Instead, discuss erythropoietin with your doctor.

Eat a hamburger (with raw onion(s) and ketchup) with Jack in the box French fries.
