2nd update to At 0.033 lesion identified by Pylarify PSMA PET

While out on the trail a phone call from gastroenterologist. MRCP MRI with pancreatic protocol confirms presence of liver lesion that "favors metastatic tumor" (same as Pylarify finding). So, on to biopsy.

Given that the concurrently done GUARDANT360 liquid blood biopsy identified TP53 mutation it now seems less likely the Pylarify finding is neither a false positive nor a benign cyst - but I will take either one.

Whether it be benign or not, prostate cancer or not, I continue to believe in purpose and value of imaging and liquid blood biopsies, 'even at' my very low stable uPSA of 0.03X range.

You are doing the best there is. Only silly people act on the grounds of : " I don't want to know! I have a nice doc (team of docs) and do what they tell me to do". Advocate for onesshelf is gold.
