Much Aloha and Love to you 🤙
Cheers with a Sam Miguel at Hotel Jakue in Obanas Spain
Very nice Doc. Way of St James is on my bucket list. I just got back from a short hike in the Pyrenees myself but on the French side. Ended by visiting Lourdes and the site of the Apparition of Mary. The Grotto is where she appeared. Our Lady of Lourdes Cathedral was built on top of the Grotto. I'll leave it to those interested to look up the events.
Mahalo nui loa Bruddah, after the 2019 mini, had to attempt the entire one. It hasn't disappointed. I'm so scrawny that my shoulders aren't muscled enough to support the straps. I've rolled clothes and tucked them under. I may end using a bag transport to each hotel 🤔Wow, about the Lady of Lourdes 💙
I walked it 7 years ago… you’re in for a treat. It’s magnificent, every bit. Hard at times, but you’ll be walking through an incredible country full of amazing people.
They say that in days of yore the last couple of 100 miles was lined with ‘houses of ill repute’… because pilgrims would have their sins washed away when they arrived in Santiago… so may as well have fun on the way.
It's so beautiful out here, long a$$ days but so Worth it. I'm sure that I'm down like 10 lbs and Yay my Lymphedema is solvedFinally got to a place with wifi, here's the latest
Looks like a fantastic trip, and knowing you, you're bringing the party. With all of the nature and art, glad to see that you are not neglecting the great food and the varieties of beer. If your trip is not an effort to grab all the QOL you can, then I don't know what would qualify.
Yes, it certainly has been. Tho last night I must've been an ADT brain fart and I book the next room in Sansol and it ended up like way farther. I was alone on the Camino as the sun was setting, thinking: Lions, tigers and Beers oh myMahalo nui loa Bruddah
Stopped at Bodega Irache where the winery has a free red wine tap going.

WOW , little brother …. Seriously. Big time trip and run. Love it. Lot of pictures to unpack too. That’s some intense QOL trippin. Maybe you could get a small short term apartment over there and stay a couple / few months. Next stop island of Santorini.. lol 😂😂😂
LoL, no more big old trips for me and dunno if imma be able to do the entire Camino by 10/04. I may have to either taxi my backpack ahead, my muscle atrophy ain't helping, or just get to Sarria with like 5 days left and with two Stamps (sellos) per day in your Peregrino Passport (Credencial) that will certify you as an official PilgrimHere's from Sept 07
Make sure to stop at Handels in Toledo. Wait, wait.......that's not Toledo Spain. It's in Toledo Ohio, my town! Thx for allowing us in on your adventure.
