Perhaps I will skip my next shot. And survive.

I suspect that Lupron will be a very common method of ADT for a while to come, it is very cheap and urologists have a lot of experience with it.

I can see it being prescribed as a substitute for Firmagon; give the patient a month or two on tablets and then a shot of Lupron.

I've never done Lupron because I got snipped downstairs and they are replaced with bionic nuts so the shot would be pointless.

Maybe it's just me but it looks like I would be eligible for this medicine too?

Good for you Longterm. But I am in the USA and on Medicare. Shots or infusions are free to me. But prescriptions taken at home can cost a lot, even through Medicare Rx plans. Firmagon which actually lasts two to three months supplemented by inexpensive estradiol topical is my ADT of choice.

I guess it will be renamed Lupgone.....

Lots of good stuff in that link. Latest Covid 19 cases for my county just popped up on my screen. Shocking. Time to hunker down gentlemen.

Less revenue for the urology practice. Good news for patients. Wonder if cost to insurance will also be reduced.

We are hoping the pill is a big hit! We bought stock in the company ! And it's less taxing on your heart.
