Is Conventionally Fractionated Radiotherapy (CFRT) mentioned on mirakind.org/prostox-testing/ the same as Intensity-Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT)? Specifically, does the CFRT test indicate if I am at high or low risk for IMRT?
If the result of SBRT test indicates high risk, can I opt for IMRT instead?"

If you are likely to be highly radiosensitive based on Prostox, your RO may spread out your treatments to either conventionally fractionated (~44 treatments) or moderately hypofractionated (~26 treatments) instead of extremely hypofractionated (5 treatments).
Thank you, Tall_Allen. So the CFRT test is basically useless. The results of the SBRT test alone should give me a good idea of which radiation treatment to choose.
to lower side effects from radiation, slow conventional should be less harsh. but maybe also use spacer, mr-g sbrt. possible to give sbrt once a week Qw instead of every other day EOD.
