Dad started relugolix around ten 10 days ago. It is an Indian company which is making it since recently.
i wanted to check the efficacy of the tablets and check psa and testosterone levels - when is the earliest I should do it to be able to get a fair idea if they are being effective or else change to firmagon or something ?
Doc has given an appointment after a month but I was wondering if checking earlier would be a good idea too.

In measurements, differential (also called relative) tests are preferred to isolated (also called absolute) ones because any systemic errors lurking into the measuring system are grossly counter-eliminated. In lay parlance, you should have had baseline PSA and T counts when he started the drug to have something to compare to the upcoming ones. My guess is that you haven't done so, hence high time to go back to square #1.
Hi. I did baseline testosterone before he started orgovyx. That time it was 450. Before that he had taken bicalutamide for 3 weeks because the initial plan was to take Lupron which was then changed to relugolix. So bicalutamide was stopped and he started relugolix.
PSA was not tested before start of therapy but a month back when he was diagnosed it was 18
