please do not stop or start or modify a treatment or therapy based solely on what you read here. Instead, share what you read here with your doctor and follow through with a discussion. What you ultimately decide should come from that discussion.

Absolutely, a great website for sharing experiences, 😊. Thanks Darryl and the team.

Agree 100%, I am performing an experimental theraphy like the one in the STEP-UP trial, but under supervision in a trial-for-one at a leading hospital. Tests are performed every fortnight.

I just found the questions to ask here. Even being an RN, my background is in trauma and ICU, never oncology. But reading the posts I was better armed with recent studies and information to question next steps.

Agree that the forum is no replacement for a medical team, but it sure is the place to learn the questions to ask! Most of us know nothing about PCa when we start the journey, so having this resource is invaluable and in some cases even life-saving.

Thanks Darryl. With all due respect, much of the information I’ve gathered here has saved me from numerous distractions. When I found myself caught in a few of these distractions, it aided me in finding my way out. Subsequently, I engaged in a conversation with my doctors.
