If you’ve had darolutamide mono therapy, I’m interested in your experience with effectiveness and side effects, especially compared to ADT like Lupron.

darolutamide monotherapy experience?
I think most common side effect is fatigue and appetite loss. if you do regular walk or stay active than you are fine.
I have not done monotherapy with Darolutimide. I am currently on Darolutimide after failing Erleada. With Erleada, my BP was completely out of control and my BP meds were adjusted nearly weekly for many months until I had a TIA and ended up in the hospital. Fast forward to Darolutimde and my BP is so good, I've reduced the number and dose of BPmeds I was on prior to Erleada. This is not monotherapy but with Orgovyx and docetaxel. I don't think this is a typical experience but changing to Darolutimide is what made the difference for me. Darolutimide is very, very expensive and my insurance, which is very good, refused two appeals for me to take it because I was not on Docetaxel at the time. You may want to check your insurance if you haven't.
I can only report that going mono enzalutimide has been a game changer for me, all positive.
I had a bilateral orchiectomy so not mono therapy per se, but since switching from Abi to Nubeqa, night sweats are gone as is 1 1/2 inches off my waste. Lower appetite as well.
1 1/2 inches off of your waste means you're throwing out less garbage which is good for the environment. Keep up the good work......
