Just finished my second Pluvicto round.

After the first round my PSA went down a couple of pts. After the second round it went up about 25 pts. Have not done any scan and I would rather wait until after the third round in mid April. I see no problem with this. Increase PSA can be the result of dying cancer cells, right SUV numbers in the 20s and 30s, so that would make sense, right?

Did you have an FDG PET/CT too?

No, I have not done so yet. I am fairly certain that it is on the list and I will be advocating for it. Thank you for the input.
