I'm curious what mechanism are you using to uncover the information you've been sharing? Constant manual Internet Search? Newsletter (from where)? Other? You aren't citing from the same source.

A mix of what you said, AI research, saved searches that I run at least once per week, direct knowledge from friends who work in the biomedical field...I have been a researcher for some time in my previous life (AI and robotics, but the ways to find information are the same)...of course of what I am sharing now I tend to really understand 50% when I am lucky, but I can interpret the general feeling about some research or clinical trial (and I can understand the statistics they show), and in some cases I find stock market a great predictor of the potential of some new cure
