Questions After SBRT Treatment

Hello Everyone,

MO told me to do Pluvicto After SBRT Treatment

2nd MO told me to do Chemo after the SBRT Treatment, so I am glad I did not go to the third MO, lol.

What's the best thing to do after SBRT? My choice is PROVENGE. It also looks tricky to convince MO.

Do I need to wait to complete SBRT or can I do with SBRT ?

IMO, with SBRT is best because the cancer antigens are available for the Provenge.

Before getting Pluvicto you will need a PSMA PET/CT to see if there are mets which can be treated with Pluvicto. Otherwise I would add Apalutamide to your orchiectomy and see if that works for you.
