Does anyone know of current studies on this treatment? Which centers have the most expertise?

Also, any studies which report on increased effectiveness with a short term course of ADT before SBRT?

There is some suggestion that MTD (metastasis-directed radiation therapy) is beneficial for patients with PCa. Google MTD or follow the link below for more information.

I believe most major medical centers/COE around the country have experience with MDT (metastasis directed therapy) for prostate and other cancers. My understanding is that SBRT is an option for those with oligo metastatic disease (<5 mets) . Most Radiation Oncologists who administer the treatment prefer having the patient on at least a short term course of ADT (3-6 months) as it enhances the effectiveness of the radiation in killing the cancer cells.
