Is it the meds or the stress?

I may be imagining it, but I swear my hair has been getting whiter and whiter after diagnosis? After starting Orgovyx? Or is it just the low-level stress for the last 6 months? I’ve been grey-haired for awhile, but now I’m… white!

I’m the same age as you are, had mostly brown hair, grey at the temples. After diagnosis, grew it down to my shoulders. Three + years on ADT, abi and then Xofigo. Nine cycles of Docetaxel. Hair grew back quickly but mostly white. I’m gonna vote drugs as the cause.

White is cool, less common than gray, and any color is better than none!

Oh, yeah! I’ve been groovin’ on grey. White is ok, too. Kinda like having my blond hair of my youth (which darkened later in life).

In my experience I believe it to have a gene component to white hair. My mom was white in her latter years and as I “matured” like you I have transitioned from salt and pepper to gray and now white. I too had blonde hair as a young boy. Personally I like the look rather then drab gray.

Control GX shampoo. It's a miracle. Probably cures prostate cancer too..... 😜
