What is the optimal DNA Panel to analyze in a liquid and a solid biopsy in the mCRPC stage ?

Tjere are several. Foundation One and Guardant 360 are used by many institutions. Other may use Tempus for liquid biopsy.

The advantage of a liquid DNA test is that it is an average of all metastases that have shed DNA. The advantage of a solid biopsy is that it doesn't require that the metastases have shed DNA. Especially if there are few metastases, you may not find much tumor DNA in the blood. OTOH, if metastases are small, it can be difficult to biopsy them.
