My bottle of Xtandi fell out of my luggage and was exposed to freezing temperatures for about 12-14 hours. Is it still safe or effective?

Call the pharmacy that you procured your xtandi and speak with a pharmacist.
As already suggested, I'd call the pharmacist (Sonexus in my case). I can say, living in Fla., when they ship it they often include cold packs in the shipping package so I would expect cold is probably ok versus heat.
According to the Specialty Pharmacist at the University of Rochester Medical Center in Rochester, NY, it was no problem at all when the delivery person left my Xtandi in a snow bank overnight. He said cold was not a problem, only heat.
My confidence in that answer is about 5 since he also thought it was OK to save money by shipping standard FedEx, in a clear plastic bag, rather than as medicine. SMH
For sure call the pharm, maybe choose other wording rather than safe and effective
Yes waiter, I'll have another Xtandi on the rocks..............don't forget the peel this time.
Good Luck, Good Health and Good Humor.

Hi All,
I checked with CVS Specialties and the Pharmacists told me that Xtandi has been tested and left for 48 hours at -4F with no loss of effectiveness. DISCLAIMER!
