Congratulations on your journey. I read your profile and after all this time on medication how is your bone health? I’m on my 5 th year but unfortunately developed osteoporosis from the medication. Have you any advice on this subject please. Thank you.

I workout 6 days a week, 4 lifting heavy and 2 cardio. I think that has helped prolong the inevitable. I just was diagnosed with Osteopenia and now take a Zometa infusion every 3 months. I feel lucky to have gone this long with very few problems. I also take Ostarine for muscle growth and bone health

Thank you so much for sharing. I ran 4 times a week till I got Vertibrae fractures. Was diagnosed with osteopenia thought I could control it with cal and Vit d but not enough.

I’m due to go on IV Zoledronic acid one dose a year I think it’s the same as zometa Fingers crossed all will be ok.

Thank you for your input it has put my mind at rest.

Unfortunately I tried the cal Vit d and algaecal route which has not worked. Read too many negatives about the medication which I will now have to take.

Now I am where I am and your advice will now be kicking in. Many thanks for your help I really appreciate it.

My responce to your humor would be, presently not cured, but the bait is never sweeter than that which is set in the ultimate trap. keep in mind the word trap stated here refers to the ongoing drama doing what's best to live another day, and rightfully so. I Never lose faith for me I know who's in control.
