Deuterium Depleted Water

OK guys, I've been looking at this for a while and thought I'd condense it down and share it with you guys.I'm really not interested in arguments with people. If you don't agree, get yourself a cup of coffee, chill out and move on.

Water his made of hydrogen and oxygen. Deuterium is a hydrogen isotope -a hydrogen with a neutron. There's roughly 150 ppm of Deuterium in tap water.

Deuterium depleted water (ddw) is basically just water with Deuterium removed.

As most are aware, your mitochondria create energy (ATP) , BUT, and this is a HUGE but, equally as important is they create water using hydrogen from your food and oxygen. This water is DDW.

You mitochondria have spinning proteins which are termed 'motors' since they use hydrogen to spin. This is where you get energy from as part of the electron transfer train. If a deuterium gets into the system it blocks the motor and blows up the motor rendering it useless. Your body goes to great lengths to remove it, but if you have too much it can get overwhelmed and your chances of destroying these motors increases.

To reduce it, you can take ddw, exercise, reduce carbs, eat fat, fast.

Essentially remove high deuterium sources an replace them with lower sources or help your body remove them.

If the ratio of deuterium/hydrogen is lowered it stops cell division.

The great thing about it is, your are REDUCING, something not introducing.

DDW is very expensive, but the rest is free.

Since you are reducing something, you will get very little sponsorship in trials and double blinded studies. BUT this can still be done FREE if you don't do the DDW. No one os profitring or selling you anything here. This makes it an attractive adjunct therapy to your existing protocols and treatments.

I've given the 1000ft view here for brevity.

FWIW, this was the reason I was quizing people about the carnivore diet previously. Carnivore and keto fit into this protocol really well. You need to have a high fat content since fat has the lowest for grass fed animals. This is important. Grain fed animals will potentially have high deuterium.due to their diet.

For plant based people, this more difficult but not impossible. Plants are grown from water high in DDW. Some are worse than others. I would suggest you could find the ones that are lower and use those to form the basis of your diet.. assuming you wish to try it. You can also add ddw to reduce it if you want.

I'm open minded about any criticism here. If you have reason to disagree with this, just supply your best evidence. If I'm wrong and you can show me, I'd appreciate it.

Please note: I'm not pushing anything on anyone here . I have no personal gain and not interested on people dying on a hill for some belief. I'm literally posting this to try and help others by sharing what I believe has potential benefits. It's FREE. It's rare you get something for free.

Any questions just ask.

Hope it helps.

Okay and thanks............ now tells us about PITB.....

Note: I wish to offer my apologies if I offended anyone regarding my so-called humor about "race" or "misogyny". To me, humor is boundless and since we entered this word crying, I thought it would be a good idea to exit laughing.

Which part in particular are you interested in?There's info in various places like pubmed. But I recommend that you start with the book by Gabor Somlyai.

Oh come on now. Really? Playing the deuterium angle? I thought I'd heard it all, until this.

Which bit are you unhappy about? Be specific.

And what do you mean by 'playing the deuterium angle'. Do you think I'm trying to decieve people?

Why don't you have a look in pubmed and search for deuterium and cancer. Then maybe you can show me which one you are unhappy about. There's a LOT to choose from.
