Low Volume Low PSA Metastatic PC.

When my Oncologist refers to Low volume, Low PSA Oglimetastic PC, what is he saying about my disease? I’ve been oo Abiraterone followed by Xtandi with Lupron every 3 months and Zometa every 6.
